We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return window from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@eternalpeptides.net within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not shipped yet. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eternalpeptides.net, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your order has already shipped, you may return the product to us. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unopened and unused, we will issue a refund.

Shipping Policy
We offer two reliable USPS shipping options:
- Priority Mail – Flat rate of $10.53, delivery in 2–4 business days.
- Express Mail – Flat rate of $45, delivery in 1–2 business days (often overnight).

Once your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it will be carefully filled, properly packaged, and shipped via USPS. We will notify you with the shipping details once your order has been dispatched.
Payment
We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, and Bitcoin for secure transactions. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers with the highest level of security. Eternal Peptides does not store credit card, cryptocurrency wallet, or financial data on its servers.
