When will a product be restocked?
Items that are out of stock will be restocked in 1-3 weeks.
What Countries do we ship to?
We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states, but plan to expand internationally in mid-2026.
How do I reconstitute my peptides?
We do not provide reconstitution instructions or research assistance. The amount of BAC water to add depends on your desired peptide concentration. For personalized research guidance, we recommend using an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
Shipping time & cost?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Delivery within the USA typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS Priority Shipping, available at a flat rate of $10.53.
We also offer an Express Shipping option for $45, which usually arrives within 1–2 business days.
Priority Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $200.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of Eternal Peptides, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not been shipped yet. However, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please note that orders paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, Bitcoin, Zelle, Bank Transfer, and Cashapp. All payments are processed securely.
What happens after I order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details.

What do I do if i receive missing, defective, or incorrect items?

What do I do if my package is missing, stolen, or damaged?

Eternal Peptides is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once USPS marks an order as delivered. However, if Route Shipping Protection was added to your order, you may file a claim directly with Route for assistance.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our strict quality control measures we cannot accept returns. We recognize the significance of our products in your research, so we guarantee that each product is delivered in its best condition. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact support.
How can I store my peptides?
Our peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form to maximize stability. When kept in their lyophilized state and not reconstituted, they can be stored at room temperature for 1–2 years without significant degradation. However, once reconstituted, peptides must be refrigerated at 4 °C and are stable for only 1–2 months. Always avoid exposing peptides to direct sunlight.
Why does my email confirmations have missing information?
Sometimes, when multiple order emails are grouped together in a thread, parts of the email, including important details, might be hidden under a three-dot “Show More” button. To view all the information, click on the three dots to expand the full email. This happens automatically to streamline your inbox, but expanding the email will reveal the complete order details.

I used a limited coupon but my payment didn't go through?
If you used a limited-use coupon but your payment didn’t go through, the coupon may have been marked as used. Please contact support, and we’ll gladly issue you a replacement coupon!
